Troubleshooting Problems in Google Chrome for Android

Even if your Web browser is configured with settings recommended by Cybozu, the problems such as inability to display product sites and broken layout might occur. This section describes how to troubleshoot such problems.

The assumed environment is as follows.

  • OS: Android
  • Web browser: Google Chrome for Android

STEP 1: Checking Your Web Browser Settings

Change the settings to follow the recommendation of Cybozu.

If STEP 1 solves the problem, skip STEP 2 and the subsequent steps.

STEP 2: Clearing Cookies and Cache Information

  1. On your Android smartphone or tablet, open the Google Chrome.
  2. Tap Menu Icon and then tap History. Image showing the History link

  4. Select All time from the time range drop-down list, and then select the Cookies and site data check box and the Cached images and files check box.

Incognito mode runs in a separate tab from your normal Chrome tabs. To exit Incognito mode, close all Incognito tabs.

  1. On your Android smartphone or tablet, open the Google Chrome.
